As an accomplished and enthusiastic executive, I am responsible and accountable for creating and driving strategic revenue-generating opportunities throughout an organization. My expertise draws from experience designing and building operational processes to align teams to the organization's vision and strategic goals. With a focus on developing and utilizing data and analytics to create and measure reporting for business forecasting, P&Ls, KPIs, resource capacity, and performance to therefore automate business workflows, and develop scalable processes for; sales, marketing, product marketing, customer success, product onboarding, product development, production support, training, testing, upgrades and releases, onshore/offshore BPaaS operations, strategic partnerships, and business development to support and accelerate the GTM strategy and market share. I am a leader dedicated to spearheading culture and team building, creating cross-team processes, fostering customer success, creating strategic partnerships, identifying operational gaps, problem-solving, advancing training, learning, and development, innovating product development, and harnessing data and analytics to define and accelerate revenue opportunities. With a tactical focus and executive leadership across revenue and operations teams, I have successfully developed and grown processes, organizational infrastructure, and revenue operations to exceed ARR/MRR goals to achieve global expansion.
