What counts as an outreach message?
An outreach message is any unsolicited contact you send to a professional via Kuerate — Path A (free, value-aligned) or Path B (with optional donation). Replies to messages you've received don't count toward your limit.
What is Path A access?
Path A allows value-aligned senders — those whose giving profile matches the professional's nominated charity — to send messages immediately, with no donation required and no delay. It requires completing a giving profile on Pro.
Do donations count toward my subscription?
No. Donations made as part of outreach are separate from the subscription fee. 95% of every donation goes directly to the professional's nominated charity.
Can I change my charity anytime?
Yes. You can update your nominated charity at any time in Settings. Your donation history is preserved against the previous charity.
